Orders are processed after payment confirmation. For EFT, please email automated bank proof to info@gadgetsmaster.co.za.

Processing begins only once payment reflects or is verified.

Delivery Timeframes

• Major Cities: 1–3 working days
• Outlying Areas: 2–5 working days
• Backorders: 10–15 working days

Times are estimates once order is processed and dispatched.

We ship using reliable couriers nationwide.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 10 working days if:

• Item is unused and in original packaging
• Manufacturer seals are intact
• Proof of purchase is provided

10% Standard fee. Open but unused: 15 to 25%

Non-Returnable Items

• Backorders / Special Imports
• Bulk deals or custom-sourced items
• Used/opened products with no confirmed fault

These are final-sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Refunds & Shipping Notes

Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days after inspection and approval.
