Products marked as “Backorder” or “Special Order” are sourced specifically for you after payment is received. These items:

  • Are non-cancellable and non-refundable
  • Still include our standard 6-month warranty

We accept secure payments via:

  • PayFast (credit/debit card, Instant EFT, etc.)
  • Yoco (Visa, Mastercard, and other local payment methods)

We are not VAT registered. Invoices provided are for record-keeping purposes only and do not include VAT.

Defective Products: If a product is faulty within 6 months, we assist with repair or replacement (excluding damage caused by misuse).

Non-defective Returns: You may return an unused, unopened item within 10 working days. Conditions:

  • Manufacturer seals must be intact
  • 10% handling fee applies
  • 15โ€“20% deduction applies if packaging is opened but unused

Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Weโ€™ll collect the incorrect item and send the correct one or issue a refund โ€” free of charge.

All products include a 6-month warranty for manufacturer defects. CPO (Certified Pre-Owned) products are also covered unless otherwise stated.

Warranty does not cover physical or liquid damage, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.
